Update: I am in book process as designer Dave is in action, more paintings are created and added to my Heart Coherence Collection, and photographer Rolf is on board this week. Some moments I feel overwhelmed, then I breathe and let go. All is in motion; I simply need to let it be.

Last weekend we hosted the musical duo Fendrick and Peck and were filled with joy, light and love as we sat among dearly loved family and friends.

I am not able to keep up with all the poems written by those I follow. My inbox is overflowing. I send out heart thoughts of well being for all.

Today my body turns 75 while my soul lives in this life of gratitude, creativity, and inner peace.
