I continue to ride a wave of delight with the first book and art event behind me.

I live in Minnesota where tensions are high. Publishing a book centered on heart coherence at this time is a humbling experience with a backdrop of political turmoil, neighborhoods forever changed, and the killings of those saying no.

In it all, I come back to the premise of the book; in times of radical change, how do we find our ground? The answer now and always is within the heart.  It is time to unfold the heart, allow it to breathe, let light enter, let love express itself, and feel all the emotions available for our perception and understanding.
