Heart Coherence

Dear Friends,

Friday night was a night for me to shine with my art and poetry. I felt the love of all who arrived but more importantly, I felt the energy of love for each other circling and enfolding us all in care and possibility.

It is this that reminds me that while each day global news arrives as a gut punch, we need merely look around us to see and feel the love that is always and ever present—an unending flow available to us in each moment. We know it in the radiant sun, the budding tree, a child’s laughter; the list is endless.

I leave you with a quote from physical scientist Ilya Prigogine:

“When a complex system is far from equilibrium, small islands of coherence have the capacity to shift the entire system.”
