BE THE WHISPER

Sunday has once again arrived as I come to the final day of a three-month program called CVP—Creative Visionary Program run by artist Nick Wilton. I have ingested a great deal. I have painted, played, reflected and struggled. Now I pause to take it all in with deep gratitude for the privilege and for where it may take me. 

I found these words from my soul in my journal: 

Laying down the truth in the moment is a whisper that seeks expression. Be bold, alive, and free in your whisper expressions as they come from your soul. They arrive in peace, beauty, and freedom. Live then with love, harmony, and courage. Be the whisper.
